Got Questions? Here’s What Our Morley Patients Ask Most

If you’re unable to find an appointment that suites, please call us on 08 9275 6095 to see if we can fit you in. We often stay later or come in earlier to fit patients in.

Our online booking system gives you appointments up to 1 hour before the time.

Deep Tissue Massage is available through our website, Remedial Massage will need to booked through Sam’s Massage.

1. Where is Fortitude Health Morley located, and is there parking?

We’re at Unit 7, 11–13 Marchant Way, Morley (on the right of SKG Morley). There’s convenient on-site parking right outside the clinic, so no need to hunt for street parking. However, if we are full there is street parking and parking across the road at the Morley Galleria (near the Woolworths entrance).

2. How many chiropractors do you have, and can I choose a male or female practitioner?

We have 5 Chiropractors at our Morley branch, with 4 male and 1 female. We have over 25 years of experience combined between our practitoners.

When booking online you can select the practitioner you are after.

You can also read more about each Morley practitioner.

3. What's the difference between my first appointment and my follow-up appointments?

Your first appointment is longer and more thorough – your chiropractor will take a full history, assess your posture and movement, and talk through what’s likely driving your symptoms before starting any hands-on treatment which will be included on the day if it is safe to do so. Follow-up (second and later) appointments are shorter and treatment-focused, since your chiropractor already has your history and a plan in place. If it’s your first time with us, always select the New Patient appointment type when booking.

4. Which appointment type should I select when booking online?

If you’ve never been to Fortitude Health Morley before (or you’re seeing a practitioner here for the first time), choose New Patient – Chiropractic. If you’re a returning patient continuing care, choose the standard Regular Patient Appointment. If you haven’t been to see us in a while (longer than 6 months) or you want to get more than 1 issue looked at, choose the Extended Chiropractic Appointment.

5. How long are your appointments?

We deliberately run longer appointment times than many clinics, so there’s real time for adjustments, dry needling, muscle work, and exercise prescription in the same visit – not just a quick five-minute adjustment.

The New Patient Appointment is 30-45 min.

The Standard Appointment is 10-15min.

The Extended Appointment is 25-30min.

6. What treatments do you offer besides adjustments?

Alongside chiropractic adjustments, our Morley practitioners use dry needling (electric stimulation as well), soft tissue/muscle work, and individualised exercise prescription to address the underlying cause of your pain, not just the symptoms.

Our Morley clinic has a 100m2 gym that has more than most small gyms, so we are perfectly adequate to look after you gym injuries.

7. Do you accept private health fund rebates, and can I claim on the spot?

Yes – we accept all private health funds and have HICAPS on-site, so you can claim your rebate instantly at reception rather than doing it later.

We’re also a Bupa Members First and Medibank Members’ Choice Advantage provider.

8. Is chiropractic care at Fortitude Health Morley suitable for kids and older adults, not just sports injuries?

Yes. Our Morley team sees a wide range of ages and presentations – from young athletes and office workers with postural pain, to older adults managing mobility and joint issues. Treatment is always individualised to the person, not a one-size-fits-all adjustment.

Generally, we don’t see kids under 4 years of age. We do have a practitioner in our Doubleview Clinic that does look after kids.
